Society says the rights of parents trump the rights of newborns, that newborns are free to be forced into existence without consent and without rights. I believe guaranteed income or guaranteed employment is owed to each and every new citizen. Healthcare, education, a roof, and reasonable income be it by aid for those who're unable to provide for themselves or in the form of guaranteed employment for those who want to work.
IT cannot be that dozens perhaps hundreds of resumes have to be sent while someone begs for a capitalist to give them some scraps at the table, lest they be homeless and starving.
