Why Einstein Thought Nuclear Weapons Impossible

How neutrons gave birth to the real possibility of viable nuclear weapons.  Before the neutron became known it was unrealistic for nuclear weapons to be possible.  But with the neutron and the possibility of a damaged atom releasing more than one neutron came the possibility of chain reactions and thus nuclear weapons based on chain reactions.
