I think if we take it to be true that sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic and that even resurrection is possible, and that the final civilization will be capable of such, the eternal fate of all could be to their choosing.   If the final civilization is that powerful and is also just, justice will exist.  I think life history will be accessible to other observers.
