Response to Stefan Molyneux video | regards limited resources and need of regulation of reproduction

A response to the above video from Stefan Molyneux:

The problem is reproduction.  Unregulated reproduction, and those in need, specially those with lower education and intellectual capacity, will breed without care for their children, without care for whether they can provide.  Nature normally inhumanely kills the excess, and across the world we see famines, specially in overpopulated poor areas.   We in our countries obviously can't allow children to be born and starve to death because of irresponsible parents, and let's be realistic charity won't solve this.

As many have explained, there is also the fact that many lack the intellectual or physical capacity to prosper, some say tens of millions are in this position, and their limitations are hereditary.   Unregulated reproduction, and new generations come into being that cannot prosper either due to innate inability no fault their own.   Genetic engineering could give all progeny the capacity to succeed but there's the problem of resources.

The Resources of the world are finite, and not all can live in luxury.   If excessive reproduction occurs, many will be born and have to live in poverty.   Even if they tried to prosper, only so many can truly prosper.   Medical schools, Law schools, have strict quotas, and they know that too many doctors or lawyers and the salaries go down.   Too many mechanics and the salaries go down, too many engineers and the salaries go down.   And even if the salaries didn't go down miraculously, if everyone is making millions inflation will occur and millions will be worth nothing, as the money will be used to barter for finite resources that can't provide for all.

The solution is to improve automation, and reduce the population to a level where all can live in luxury.
